Welcome to Encompass Care - we are a Charity commited to providing specialist, person-centred care and support to adults and young people with a learning disability or facing a period of mental ill health across the South West. We are here to provide you with a guiding hand throughout the entire process.
At Encompass Care, we understand that everyone has unique needs, preferences, and aspirations. We can offer a variety of accommodation-based support services as well as care and support in your own home - all with an emphasis on co-production. Our team of dedicated and compassionate staff work collaboratively to ensure that each individual receives the care and support they need to live a fulfilling and meaningful life.
Encompass Care has a rich history of supporting individuals with learning disabilities and enduring mental health needs since 1991. Our organisation was established to develop community care opportunities for people who had previously lived at either Herrison or Coldharbour Hospitals. We played a key role in supporting individuals to be an active part of their community following the closure of these large institutions.
Our journey began with providing support in residential and nursing homes. Over the years, we have continued to evolve and flourish in the heart of Dorset, and now have a thriving support network providing specialist care and creative support and support to adults and young people in a variety of settings across the South West.
At Encompass Care, we are passionate about supporting people to live their lives the way they chose to and to achieve their goals and ambitions. We believe that everyone has the right to live their life to the fullest and we are here to provide the guidance and support needed to make this a reality. Whether you are looking for short-term or long-term support, we are committed to supporting you and those who matter most to you.
Why not get in touch with us today to talk about how we can become your chosen care and support provider. We look forward to working with you to create a bright future.
