We have full-time and part-time positions available, offering flexible shift patterns that accommodate your lifestyle. Your dedication and commitment will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from £11.50 to £11.72 per hour starting rate, with increases based on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a 50% extra pay rate for bank holidays. We also provide mileage and travel time reimbursement when you're away from your base service.

The ideal candidate will possess a clear understanding of person-centered support and be capable of fostering a positive atmosphere within the team. As both a mentor and role model, you will support a team of dedicated support workers, collaborating with the management team to continuously enhance our standards of care and support through observation, supervision, and ongoing personal development.
