We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker to join our dynamic team in an outreach capacity, providing unwavering support to individuals within their own homes across the community. This role is pivotal in enhancing the lives of those we support, offering tailored assistance that fosters independence, dignity, and well-being.

Location: Weymouth and Dorchester
Hours: 15 to 30 hours per week
Pay Scale: £12.02 to £12.28
Contract: Permanent

About You:
A compassionate, patient, and resilient disposition.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals.
Previous experience in a care setting is preferred but not essential.
A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation are essential due to the nature of the outreach work.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver personalised care and support plans in collaboration with people we support, aiming to enrich their daily lives and promote independence.
Provide emotional and practical support, household tasks, and social activities.
Establish and maintain effective communication with people we support, their families, and the wider support network.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe environment for both people we support and staff.
