We have both full-time and part-time positions available, offering flexible shift patterns to suit your needs.
In terms of compensation, you can expect a salary of £11.50 - £11.72 per hour on days starting rate, with increases based on experience. Additionally, we offer a 50% extra pay rate for bank holidays, and we reimburse mileage and travel time when you are away from your base service.
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, all positions are subject to satisfactory DBS checks and two references.

Willing to work towards or possessing a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of support workers, ensuring high-quality care and providing necessary training and support.
Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with people we support, their families, and healthcare professionals.
Directly support people, assisting with daily activities, personal care, and social integration.
Monitor and adapt care plans to meet changing needs, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies.
Foster an inclusive and supportive environment for people we support, staff, and families, coordinating with external agencies and healthcare providers.
