As part of one of our Dorchester teams, you will have the opportunity to plan exciting outings, fun activities, and provide sensory stimulation using a person-centered approach.

While a full UK driving licence is preferred, it is not essential. We value continuous learning and development, and you will have ample opportunities to grow along your Encompass journey. We provide full support every step of the way.

We have both full-time and part-time positions available, offering flexible shift patterns to suit your needs.

In terms of compensation, you can expect a salary of £12.02 starting rate, with increases up to £12.60 per hour. Additionally, we offer a 50% extra pay rate for bank holidays, and we reimburse mileage and travel time when you are away from your base service.

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, all positions are subject to satisfactory DBS checks and two references.
