Building a website is no easy task, and Encompass Care's journey to create our new website was no exception. We worked hard with Intergage to create a website that reflects who we are as an organization and involves our staff and the people we support in the process. But as with any big project, there were a few mishaps, late-night notes, and some good laughs along the way.

One of the funniest moments during the development process was when one of our staff members accidentally deleted a page that we had been working on for weeks. There were a few moments of panic, but we all managed to come together and recreate the page from scratch. It turned out even better the second time around!

Late nights were a common occurrence as we worked tirelessly to perfect our website. There were a few times when staff members were so dedicated to getting everything just right that they stayed up until the wee hours of the morning, taking notes and working on their laptops. But even in the midst of exhaustion, we always managed to find humor in the situation.

One of our favorite moments during the development process was when we all got together for a brainstorming session. We had snacks and drinks on hand, and everyone was in good spirits. We bounced ideas off of each other and had a few good laughs along the way. It was a reminder that even though building a website can be stressful at times, it's also important to enjoy the process and have some fun.

In the end, our new website turned out even better than we could have imagined. It's fully accessible, easy to navigate, and truly reflects who we are as an organization. We couldn't have done it without the help of our staff and the people we support, and we're proud of the co-production efforts that went into creating it. We also couldn't have done it without the support and guidance of Intergage, who helped us navigate the ups and downs of website development with humor and grace.
