Develop and implement HR strategies that support our mission.
Lead recruitment, retention, and employee engagement initiatives.
Oversee Public Relations and Marketing Team to deliver the charity's marketing intentions and promote a positive reputation.
Ensure compliance with Employment Law and Health and Safety standards.
Developing and implementing the organisations Wellbeing Strategy
Marketing and Public Relations experience, ideally in a charity or social care setting.
Proven senior HR leadership experience, ideally in a charity or social care setting.
Strong track record in HR Strategy, Employee Relations, and Change Management.
Knowledge of Employment Law, EDI, and Health and Safety practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Oversee and support Team Leaders to deliver exceptional care and support services.
Ensure compliance with regulations, including CQC standards, health and safety, and safeguarding.
Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with individuals and their support networks.
Manage staffing, training, and performance to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
Support the induction process for new staff, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
Facilitate team development sessions to promote continuous learning and team cohesion.
Participate in on-call duties and emergency response management.
QCF Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience in social care (preferably with LD or MH).
Strong understanding of care standards, regulatory requirements, and service improvement.
Experience with budget management, staff mentoring, and quality monitoring.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel across multiple locations and hold a valid driving license.
