We have a company wide safeguarding framework with a corporate and company safeguarding leads. Each of our service managers are also qualified designated safeguarding leads who oversee all safeguarding concerns. Our policies and procedures regarding safeguarding and compliance are readily available and accessible to everyone involved with our charity, including staff, the people we support, families, and volunteers.
We also promote a culture of honesty and accountability, where staff members and people we support are encouraged to report concerns. We are committed to being transparent in our practices.
